Top Comcast deals of 2020
What are Comcast deals?
Comcast is the largest cable and broadband internet provider in America. They offer their internet, phone and cable services through Xfinity, their subsidiary. The broad reach of these brands is one reason why Comcast and Xfinity are a popular choice for consumers. Before signing up for Comcast, it’s worth evaluating which Comcast deals give you the best value. Some can lower the monthly bill for an initial period on your contract, as much as $15-$20 per month.
There are currently several different discounts available for Comcast’s combined internet, phone and TV service. You can easily check for Comcast deals in your area by typing in your zip code at ISP.com. In this article, we’ll give you a rundown of the latest promotions.
What to know about Comcast deals
Comcast owns the Xfinity brand, where they supply their internet, phone and cable services. Comcast has a Consumer Affairs score of 2.5 out of 5, and a Better Business Bureau rating of C+. Many of the lukewarm reviews are around customer complaints about high and rising subscription costs.
To help people mitigate those costs, Comcast regularly offers deals on service packages. These deals are especially helpful for customers in areas that have few or no alternative providers. You can get extra savings with Comcast bundle deals, where one or more services are bundled together instead of purchased separately. In some cases, you can get services and perks with bundles that you wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
All but a few states are serviced by Comcast. The states not included are Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Montana, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Like with the lower packages, the Preferred Pro deal comes armed with Norton Security. TV channels are expanded to over 220, including BBC World News, CBS Sports Network and NBA TV. You can choose between adding HBO® or Netflix. Either option will include Showtime as well. This deal costs $139.99 per month for the first 24 months with a two-year service agreement.
X1 Premiere Pro+ Triple Play with HBO® (or Netflix)
Comcast’s biggest all-in-one deal is the X1 Premiere Pro+ Triple Play with HBO® (or Netflix).
