ISP.COM announces new easy setup software
ISP.COM, in an effort to assist new customers in setting up their computers, today announced the release of our new Easy Setup Software. The software, available to all customers, should also act as a benefit to ISP.COM by reducing technical support phone calls and emails.
The new software is compatible with windows 95 through XP and works with Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozilla. It is also compatible with most email and news clients, including Outlook Express. In addition, the software comes with a built in ISP.COM dialer. This dialer keeps an up to date list of all ISP.COM access numbers on the customer's computer so the customer can easily select alternate phone numbers, if they cannot connect to the one they were previously using or if the customer is traveling to other locations.
For those customers looking to setup additional email accounts, an email only version is also available.
